there is a room upstaris for rent with three big windows and an amazing view at $550 per month. the other room that is up stairs is our bonus room above the garage which we use as a movie room, but if you need two rooms together we are willing to move out our tv room for the right person. there is room for a small kitchette No stove but can have a microwave and small fridge. the bonus room is $650 per month.
An additional room on the basement level is quite large with room for a small kichenette as well for $550 per month
All utilities are included except internet
Shared kitchen and laundry
the garage is a working garage so there is no spot available
this is a family home so would prefer to rent rooms out to a family.
