We are offering a very large room with three bay windows with a great view of the prairies with a priviate bathroom with a sit down shower - no tub but are more then welcome to use any other bathroom.
We also have a very large room in the basement for rent.
That one has a shared bathroom.
Utilities included expect internet, must provide your own stick or what ever you use.
